Last week Forrester Research, released the independent report, authored by Jean-Pierre Garbani, Vice President. The Wave is a global research document where all vendors are rated based on current offering, strategy and market presence. Forrester Research has actively been following this market for a number of years and concludes that “passive end user experience monitoring solutions seem to have gained favour with many businesses and IT organizations.” It’s a market in which Forrester sees a solid growth in the next few years: “A potential market of 12.000 installations worldwide” and “2007 is the year the market will take off”.
